Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Free Trial and Subscription

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Synthize. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., AI synthesis, storage, display). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Upload malicious code or content

7. AI-Generated Content

Synthize uses AI to help organize and synthesize your ideas. AI-generated suggestions, titles, tags, and insights are provided as assistance and should be reviewed by you. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
