by Aldous Huxley
A dystopian novel set in a futuristic World State where citizens are genetically modified, socially conditioned, and pacified with a pleasure drug called soma. The story explores themes of technology, control, and the loss of individuality.
Not a great read and don't agree with the concept. The dystopian vision felt less compelling compared to other works in the genre. Perhaps overhyped as a classic.
